SAAS
is a not-for-profit corporation. SAAS provides accreditation
services, for a fee, to organizations currently accredited
or wishing to be accredited by SAAS to conduct certifications
to social standards that fall within the SAAS scope of activity.
The fees paid by accredited and applicant certification bodies
cover the operation and administration of the organization.
The
fees for such services are made available to the public. Click

As a registered not-for-profit corporation,
SAAS is required by U.S. law to submit the IRS Form 990 to
provide the Internal Revenue Service with annual financial
information. The SAAS IRS Form 990 from 2009 can be downloaded
