Accreditation Auditors
SAAS employs or contracts with auditors
to conduct oversight audits of accredited Certification Bodies.
SAAS employs several grades of auditors including: Senior
Lead Auditors, Lead Auditors, Team Auditors, and Witness Auditors.
These auditors conduct document reviews, office audits, witness
audits and other activities on behalf of SAAS associated with
the oversight and evaluation of accredited certification bodies.
Periodically, SAAS employs technical experts to provide expertise
in a specific sector, country, or language area as needed.
